Welcome to this beautifully updated top-floor, corner-unit 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in the gated Rancho Mission Trails community. Situated on the third floor with beautiful views of the San Diego hills, this light-filled home offers added privacy, thoughtful upgrades, and a comfortable, move-in-ready living space. The spacious living area is filled with natural light and features a gas fireplace and direct access to a private balcony overlooking the surrounding hills—the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen features custom cabinetry designed to maximize storage, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Custom cabinetry and additional storage continue throughout the home, including two thoughtfully designed custom storage cabinets—one in the entry area and another across from the laundry machines—creating additional storage space rarely found in similar properties. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and feature brand-new marble countertops and updated finishes. The primary bathroom is enhanced by a custom-installed dual-sink vanity, providing additional functionality and a polished, modern feel. The spacious bedrooms include walk-in closets, while a brand-new all-electric HVAC heat pump system installed in 2025, a new hot water tank installed in August 2024, recently painted interiors, in-unit laundry, and fully paid-off solar add comfort, efficiency, and value.
