Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac in Central Malibu, this light-filled two-story home offers a private, peaceful setting with beautiful ocean and coastline views. Soaring beamed ceilings, picture windows, and abundant natural light create an open and inviting feel throughout the main living spaces, where a gas fireplace anchors the living room and frames views toward the Pacific. The updated kitchen features a large center island with bar seating, Viking appliances, dual ovens, a range with hood, and a deep basin sink. A dedicated laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, while the adjoining dining area includes a wet bar and wine refrigerator, creating an easy setup for both everyday living and entertaining. The home offers four bedrooms, including a private en-suite bedroom and powder bath on the main level. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, including one en-suite, with two bedrooms opening to a shared balcony with access to the backyard. The bathrooms are tastefully updated with walk-in tiled showers. Outside, multiple patios open to a large wraparound grassy lawn with fruit trees and mature privacy hedges. A built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a separate firepit create inviting spaces for dining, entertaining, and relaxing, all surrounded by peaceful views. Additional features include a two-car garage with storage and driveway parking. While quietly tucked away, the home remains conveniently located with easy access to Malibu Canyon, Malibu Country Mart, local beaches, schools, and other Malibu favorites.
