So, you want a great VIEW. Look no further. Not only does this home have maginficent MOUNTAIN and GOLF COURSE VIEWS but it has a NORTH - SOUTH ORIENTATION which is considered the ideal desert exposure. This truly special VIEW home is aggressively priced. The 6th fairway (a challnging yet fair par five) sits outside your spaceous back patio from which you can sit, chat, have coffee and laugh at the golfers as they go by. My golf game will probably provide you with the bulk of your entertainment. Not only that, but the house is set back far enough so that it is very unlikely that even I will present you with one of my wayward orange golf balls. Skylights and a generous number of windows with plantation shutters provide a very light and bright interior (sunglases are not mandatory but are highly recommended). The dining area is next to the kitchen allowing for easy access to meals, conversation with family and guests and excellent for entrertaining, The living room is accentuated by a warm and inviting fireplace. At the end of the kitchen is a bonus room ideal for an office, man cave, sewing room, library, reading room etc etc ad infinitum. The flexility of this bonus room is limited only by your imagination. The very reasonable HOA proviides more services than are usually included for such low HODs. It includes: 24 hour Guard Gated Security, Roving Security Patrol, Front Yard Maintenance, High Speed Internet, Direct TV. Community Pool and Spa, Workout Facility and a Patridge in a Pear Tree, And if that isn't enough, and by all rights it should be should be, there are two bedrooms BOTH of which are MASTER SUITES (No arguing over who gets the better bedroom.) The Indian Springs Golf and Country Club is home to two iconic desert area gems. The golf course is challenging yet fair and the greens are known to be amongst the finest in the desert. The Big Rock Pub is considered to be at top attraction with its great, fun food, massive signed guitar collection, beautifiul signed paintings of many of your favorite bands and musicians. On the weekend the Big Rock provides live music to enjoy and/or to dance to.You won't have to pay $750,000 for this 1700 sq ft beauty; not even $650,000, nor $600,000. This home can be yours for a VERY reasonble $530,000. Come check it out, You won't be disapointed.
