This home boasts a large master bedroom with a double head, high-flow shower in the bathroom with on-demand hot water. The upstairs bonus room was converted into a very large bedroom with a covered balcony and french doors. There are two AC units, whcih run the upstairs and downstairs AC separately. A large backyard with mature tropical landscaping and professional turf surrounds the in-ground pool and spa. The front yard is a custom desert scape masterpiece which includes tall, mature palo verde trees, sticks of fire cactus, Mexican birds of paradise, aloe, and other drought-friendly plants and succulents. There is also a three-car garage with completely upgraded circuits for garage dedicated power to allow for all of your man cave and/or power tool needs.
