This is one of those PGA WEST settings that simply cannot be recreated. Incredible panoramic mountain, lake and multiple fairway views overlook some of the most famed holes of the TPC Stadium Course, home of The American Express. From the backyard, the dramatic desert landscape, water and golf course come together to create a view that is truly the centerpiece of the home. This beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence features spacious bedrooms with en-suite baths and an impressive primary suite with a luxurious remodeled bath and steam shower. The kitchen is equally well appointed with high-end European appliances including a built-in Liebherr refrigerator, Miele coffee maker, Gaggenau cooktop and more. A private courtyard entrance with a tranquil water feature creates a memorable arrival, while the freshly painted exterior adds to the home's polished presentation. Designed to take full advantage of its extraordinary setting, the backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor living, entertaining and soaking up the desert sun. A large pool with cascading water feature sits against a spectacular backdrop of the lake, fairways and Santa Rosa Mountains. The home has been pre-inspected with the inspection report available, providing added transparency for its next owner. Offered furnished per inventory. A rare opportunity to own a remodeled PGA WEST residence where the views are every bit as impressive as the home itself. PGA West offers 6 Champion Golf Courses, 3 clubhouses, tennis, pickleball, Earnie's Bar and Grill, different levels of membership options and so much more. Come see this one in person to experience all it has to offer.
