Some houses just feel like a deep breath. This is one of them. This single-level 4 bed, 3 bath home sits up on the hill in the Hollywood Riviera. The views run from the Redondo coastline all the way to Malibu, and the Queen's Necklace lights up after dark. The backyard is the heart of it all: a sparkling pool, a grassy lawn and sunsets over the water that keep you outside long after dinner. Inside, the kitchen is made for real life. There's an island that seats four, stone counters, double wall ovens and a built-in breakfast banquette by the window for slow Saturday mornings. The formal dining room has a wood-burning fireplace and slides right out to the pool. Then there's the family room, with vaulted beamed ceilings, a wet bar with a mini fridge and walls of glass that frame the ocean. Movie nights, game nights and summer afternoons in and out of the pool all happen in this room. You'll also find hardwood floors throughout, a second wood-burning fireplace in the living room, Carrara marble baths, and built-in cubbies by the pool door for towels and beach bags. There's an attached 2-car garage with plenty of driveway parking. Gardener and pool service are included, so your weekends go to enjoying the yard, not taking care of it. You're minutes from the beach and Riviera Village and around the corner from Riviera Elementary.
