Newly reimagined and completed in September 2026, 2880 Zell is a four-bedroom, two-and-one-half-bath residence in Laguna Beach’s Top of the World neighborhood, redesigned with a modern aesthetic and sweeping Pacific Ocean views. Step inside to a bright, open living space where the ocean becomes part of the setting. Natural wood flooring carries through the home, while large pocket doors in the living room open to the front yard, bringing in coastal breezes and connecting indoors and out. The living room flows directly into the custom kitchen, creating one expansive gathering area centered on the view. The kitchen pairs custom cabinetry with premium Thermador appliances, an electric cooktop and a dedicated wet and coffee bar. A pass-through window opens directly to the outdoor space, making it easy to serve guests outside or simply enjoy the ocean air while cooking. An interior laundry area adds everyday convenience. Continue through the upper level to the primary suite, a peaceful retreat with ocean views and a beautifully finished ensuite bath designed with the feel of a private spa. Custom California Closets provide thoughtful storage, while upgraded tile, Kohler fixtures and a refined palette continue the home’s understated design. Three additional bedrooms are located on this level, each finished with custom California Closets, along with a beautifully updated secondary bath. Downstairs, a gas fireplace creates a warm focal point, while discreet in-wall audio visual features add modern functionality without taking away from the clean design. The approximately 400-square-foot garage provides additional flexibility beyond traditional parking and storage. Outside, newly landscaped front and rear yards create inviting extensions of the home, with the front yard taking full advantage of the ocean setting. A two-car garage and driveway provide ample on-site parking. The renovation was extensive, bringing not only a completely refreshed interior but significant updates behind the walls, including new HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, windows and doors, along with whole-home water filtration, an on-demand water heater, integrated WiFi and home automation. Set near Top of the World’s parks, trails and schools, yet only minutes from Laguna Beach’s beaches, restaurants, galleries and village, 2880 Zell offers the rare opportunity to be the first to enjoy a newly completed home designed around ocean views, indoor-outdoor living and the ease of modern coastal life.
