Set behind the gates of a private Pacific Palisades enclave, this newly completely reimagined seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bath estate unfolds across approximately 9,000 square feet, with roughly 1,500 additional square feet of covered, heated patios. This exclusive high security compound frames sweeping views of the coastline, Catalina Island, and the twinkling "Queen's Necklace" of Palos Verdes. Originally built in 1995, the property has just been transformed over a 3-year renovation, with everything brand new including foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Fleetwood windows throughout, hardscaping, landscaping and metal roof. A dramatic two-story glass entry with a floating staircase, an all-glass elevator and 20 foot custom Waterwall sets the tone for the architecture: soaring gabled rooflines, matte black standing-seam metal roofs, and white brick facades framed in oversized black steel windows. Inside, the open-concept great room, dining room, and chef's kitchen featuring all top-of-the-line appliances flow effortlessly to a resort-caliber backyard. A bronze iridescent-tiled infinity pool and spa, cascading natural water features, and multiple fully automated Archpot fire vessels are set against unobstructed ocean, mountain and city-light views. A covered outdoor living room with fireplace and built-in kitchen extends the entertaining, while a glass-walled ocean view gym opens directly to the pool deck. The massive, dramatic primary suite adds a private balcony with breathtaking views. Rooftop solar, a three-car garage with motor court, 3 fully automated StruxureX pergolas with rain sensors, a fully equipped covered outdoor kitchen/barbeque with island, indoor and outdoor bars, over 1/2 acre of flat land with amazing ocean and mountain views from every inch, plus a developed, landscaped hillside with a 50 foot natural stone waterfall complete the property fully automated with Control4 as well as a huge, flat private sideyard with over 2000 square feet of freshly planted grass and lined with dense ficus and mature giant sycamore trees plus a brand new full sized pickleball court. Located moments from Palisades Village, top-rated schools, and the coast, this is a rare offering of privacy, design, and view in the heart of the Palisades.
