LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!! Very close proximity to Snow Summit Resort! Luxury location, get out of the front door of your condo and arrive to Snow Summit Resort in approximately 5 minutes walking distance. When town is packed and normally traffic is deviated at the beginning of Summit Blvd, you tell the traffic attendant that your condo is straight ahead, this is a huge deal!!! This will save you a tremendous amount of time and traffic challenges which amounts to tremendous amounts of stress. Use this time to enjoy your trip at its max and building memories along with the convenience of the benefits offered by the condo complex such as: snow removal, maintenance and many others. Among the most recent upgrades: All windows and sliding glass door are newer, high end, double panes glass. Rotted wood around windows was replaced. Had new ceiling fans installed in both bedrooms and tv rooms. Had plumbing and electrical done to add washer and dryer added to front closet. This getaway condo is the opportunity you have been waiting for!
