The San Jon Ranch is a prime row crop ranch north of Salinas in the prized Salinas Valley, one of the worlds premiere regions for growing fresh vegetables and strawberries. With 183 gross acres of mostly level farmland and two groundwater wells, one of which is a deep aquifer well completed in 2024, this ranch greatly benefits from an ideal growing climate, highly productive soils, and very reliable water resources. In addition to the farmland, there is a 3-acre yard area with two single family dwellings and a 1,560 square foot storage building. The ranch is leased through the 2027 growing season and is an ideal agricultural property for the investor or grower. Adjacent to the San Jon Ranch is the Boronda Ranch, which is also for sale, and can be purchased separately or together. The Boronda Ranch has two deep aquifer wells, along with several other wells, and combined, the two ranches would total approximately 667 acres of prime, Salinas Valley farmland, an ideal package for the institutional investor, family office, or large local grower.
