Set on a coveted west facing corner along the iconic Venice Canals, this two story canal front residence offers an exceptional blend of light, volume, and coastal serenity, with glowing sunset views stretching down the water. Soaring ceilings define the main living and entertaining spaces, where dramatic vertical volume meets walls of windows framing the enchanting canals outside. The open concept kitchen, dining, and living areas flow effortlessly together, all oriented toward the water and opening to a sizable canal facing deck. This sun drenched outdoor space is ideal for afternoon lounging, sunset gatherings, or simply enjoying the ocean breeze. Upstairs, the primary suite feels airy and elevated with lofted ceilings, tranquil water views, and a private balcony overlooking the canal. Each bedroom enjoys its own patio or balcony, creating seamless indoor outdoor living throughout. A ground floor en suite bedroom offers flexibility for guests, office use, or extended stays. Additional highlights include en suite bathrooms in every bedroom and a two-car garage plus two additional parking spaces. Ideally positioned for easy access in and out of the neighborhood, the home offers peaceful waterfront living without being tucked deep within the canal grid. Just moments from the beach, Abbot Kinney, and the best of Venice dining and retail, this is refined coastal living at its best. The home also carries a touch of Hollywood history, having served as the iconic "Baywatch" residence of lifeguard Mitch Buchanan.
