Perched in Altadena's Estates neighborhood, this property offers 12,848 sq. ft. of flat land with stunning views of the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains. Though the home was lost in the Eaton Fire, this incredible lot holds huge potential and offers the opportunity to be a part of the rebuilding of this beloved community. Just a block from the Altadena Country Club, this property, located on one of the most desirable streets north of Mendocino, formerly held a 2,416 square foot home and a 400 sq. ft. stand-alone 2 car Garage. Surrounded on all sides by standing homes and amidst untouched mature trees, the land offers a blank slate for your vision, whether your aesthetic is a timeless Spanish Revival, a stately Tudor or a classic Monterey Colonial. This is a chance to create something truly special on a one-of-a-kind, light-filled lot in an incredible neighborhood with historical homes and loads of charm. All utilities were once connected, and the buyer will need to verify the current status with local providers. We encourage interested parties to perform their due diligence and independently verify all aspects of the property with the County of Los Angeles and appropriate government agencies, including, but not limited to, lot remediation, future use of the property, rebuilding and permitting requirements, zoning and lot size. Property is being sold in as-is condition without warranties or guarantees of future use. Phase 1 and 2 complete.
