FOR LEASE. Presenting a fully interior remodeled, highly visible office building on ±0.14 AC lot in the heart of Barstow, CA. Built in 1950 as a home, the property was converted to commercial in 1980 and has had an extensive remodel. The last use was a very successful professional service office. Zoned Diverse Use (DU), the office building is ±1,124 SF on a single level but has a large, unfinished basement with stair access. Current floor plan layout on the street level provides 3 private offices, restroom, breakroom, reception and front lobby, all remodeled with great workmanship. There is private parking and single-car detached garage in the back of the Property. The front entrance has a ramp for wheelchair access from the sidewalk. Roof has recently been re-done. Street parking is also allowed along the intersection where the property is situated; with bus stop directly on the immediate curb. In its centralized corner location, the subject sits along a major professional arterial street in Barstow, within walking distance to a variety of city buildings and other services including City Hall, Barstow Police, Sheriff’s Department, CHP, Barstow Superior Court, Barstow High School, USPS, and the Barstow Library. Other places nearby include historic Route 66, BNSF railway, Harvey House, Walmart Supercenter, Barstow Outlets, shopping, retail, restaurants and less than 1 mile from the Interstate 15 freeway. It is rare for a property such as this to come available for sale in excellent condition and in close proximity to the professional hub of the City of Barstow. Take advantage of the full opportunity before it is gone. Tenant to verify all.
