Tucked among the trees in Crestline, this thoughtfully renovated A-frame captures the feeling of a true mountain escape, quiet, private, and designed to slow things down the moment you arrive. Currently operating as a successful Airbnb, this home presents an amazing opportunity for a buyer seeking both lifestyle and income. Over $100,000 has been invested into the property, including a full interior renovation, updated electrical, new water line, new water heater, new expanded windows, and the addition of a second bedroom upstairs, creating a more functional and desirable layout. Big-ticket system upgrades have already been completed, including a newer roof (2022), copper plumbing (2020), and connection to the main sewer system. The main level features an updated kitchen with generous storage and dining space, opening into a light-filled living area with direct access to a spacious deck, ideal for morning coffee, evening sunsets, and everything in between. Upstairs, the newly added second bedroom enhances both usability and long-term flexibility, making the home equally suited for personal use or continued rental performance. Additional highlights include off-street parking and both upper and lower decks that take full advantage of the surrounding mountain setting. Located just minutes from Lake Gregory, hiking trails, and town amenities, this is a turnkey opportunity to own a fully upgraded mountain home that offers both a retreat and a return.
