For more than four decades, Dennis Allan has been a trusted presence in Central Coast real estate. Licensed in the mid-1980s, he built Allan Real Estate Investments with a reputation for integrity, client focus, and results. His leadership is well established: three-time President of the Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS®, many years as a local and state director, and a respected voice within the California Association of REALTORS®. Along the way, he's earned top professional designations and helped guide hundreds of clients through a wide variety of transactions. Outside of real estate, Dennis and his wife Margaret run a 500-acre ranch in the Huasna Valley, a reminder that for him, property is not just about homes - it's about stewardship and legacy.

Licensed for over twenty years, Vincent Allan represents the second generation of the Allan family in real estate. Like his father, he has served in leadership - President of the Pismo Coast Association of REALTORS® and both a local and state director - before moving into a statewide role at the California Association of REALTORS®. There, he was responsible for form development, licensing, training, and transaction management software, shaping the resources used by agents across California. Vincent's career reflects both local roots and broader industry knowledge. Today, he brings that breadth back home, helping clients make confident, informed decisions while carrying forward the values that Allan Real Estate is built on.
