Fire got he better of this home in my opinion the damage is not extreme, the kitchen received the most damage and the ceiling/roof above. It will need a kitchen bathroom, updated electrical pumbing etc. Seller is local and available to look at offers. The assumption is the property needs work and the disclosures will reflect that. I'm sure this property has notices, violations and likely liens. A buyer will buy the property subjectn to the existing liens.
